The SOO 200 is a 200-mile race through the Sault Ste. Marie and Algoma area of Ontario. Known for its tough Canadian Shield landscape and stunning coastal views, this race combines a variety of terrains, including single track, double track, dirt roads, and bushwhacking. Runners are allowed to have support crew or a drop bag at Stokely Creek Lodge and Mystery Lake checkpoint

CPs are located throughout each stage – some have supplies, and some are just important locations
Runners are not allowed to cache gear at CPs (picking up or dropping off) but they are encouraged to leave garbage with volunteers
